All Jess Alyce Studio orders are carefully printed, packed and shipped from Queensland Australia.

Processing times

Most orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days. Custom and bespoke artwork may have a longer processing time, which will be confirmed with you before your order is completed.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If you need your order by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.

Shipping within Australia

Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Standard Post - $10 AUD

Express - $20 AUD

Free Standard Shipping - Orders over $150 AUD

International orders

I ship worldwide with a fully tracked service. 

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that whilst I’ll do my best to make sure these are paid for United States it is possible customs duties, taxes or other import charges imposed by your country. Orders elsewhere may incur local charges upon arrival.

Anywhere outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer.

United States - $39 AUD

New Zealand - $19 AUD

United Kingdom - $39 AUD

Canada - $39 AUD

Rest of the World -$45 AUD

Please check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, I may not be able to change the delivery address.

Jess Alyce Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances outside of my control, although I will always do my best to help locate a delayed order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and artwork so I can help resolve the issue.
