Welcome to Jess Alyce Studio. By using this website or purchasing from Jess Alyce Studio, you agree to the terms below.
1. About Jess Alyce Studio
Jess Alyce Studio is an Australian small business creating and selling illustrated art prints, paper goods and selected custom artwork.
All artwork is designed by Jess Alyce Studio and remains the intellectual property of Jess Alyce Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Products and artwork
I do my best to ensure that product photographs and colours are represented as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and settings.
Artwork is sold as a physical product unless a listing specifically states otherwise.
As prints are made to order, slight variations in colour, paper texture and printing may occur. These are a natural part of the printing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
3. Orders
Please carefully check your order details, including the product, size, quantity and shipping address, before completing your purchase.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
If there is an issue with your order or I am unable to fulfil it for any reason, I will contact you as soon as possible.
Jess Alyce Studio reserves the right to cancel an order where necessary, including where an item has been incorrectly listed or a genuine pricing or inventory error has occurred.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
Jess Alyce Studio reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and confirmed.
5. Shipping
Orders are printed and dispatched from Australia.
Please refer to the Shipping Policy for information about processing times, delivery estimates, international shipping and customs charges.
Once an order has been handed to the postal service, delivery times are outside of Jess Alyce Studio’s control.
6. Returns, refunds and faulty products
Please refer to the Refunds & Returns Policy for information about returns, refunds and damaged or faulty items.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, text, branding and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Jess Alyce Studio unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, share, trace or commercially use any artwork or other content from this website without prior written permission.
Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
You may display your purchased artwork in your home or personal space, but you may not reproduce or commercially distribute it.
8. Custom artwork
Custom and bespoke artwork may be subject to additional terms agreed between Jess Alyce Studio and the client before work begins.
These may include details relating to pricing, payment, revisions, delivery, copyright, licensing and permitted use.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, copyright remains with Jess Alyce Studio.
9. Website use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or interfere with the website or prevent others from using it.
10. Third-party services and links
This website may use third-party services and may contain links to external websites.
Jess Alyce Studio is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or policies of third-party websites or services.
